To start with, I absolutely adored Logan’s positive and matching sense of humor as this created comfort in the initial decision making. His staff are just incredible and were highly focused on making sure they were meticulous n every step. Each graft was counted and sorted for accuracy and quantity. The spacing  from the donor site couldn’t have been more perfect. When it came time to address hairline we spent adequate time finding the perfect solution for my facial features which will give me confidence to go outside without a hat for the first time in years. I bonded quickly and easily with the staff and instantly felt like family. I shopped around for a year before getting this done and before you think of going to a general plastic surgeon or anywhere like Bosley I implore you to consult with this facility. They are budget friendly and do top notch work. Couldn’t have asked for much more. They even went the extra mile to blend in any thinning spots behind the original grafting site. They truly take pride in their work and care for their patients. I can’t vouch for everyone’s results but if you have decent hair density in the back of your head and don’t want a huge scar from FUT this is the way to go! Just got a HT the other day. The experience went decently well they were very caring for any thing I needed. It went well until the surgeon was making holes for the grafts to be implanted into the front of my head, this was very painful the numbing medication didn't work well. They tried giving more numbing medication but it just didn't work well and I couldn't relax but i pushed through it to get it all done. I am a new customer. I recently had my hair work done this weekend. They are very professional and also nice people. The procedure was not painful at all and I was treated very well. So far everything is going great. I will update as my hair transplant starts to grow. Also not as expensive as some of the other companies like Bosley. There's a certain level of trust that I adhere to and when it comes to something very personal, I have to be very particular. After my visits to the owner and staff, I instantly had this very good connection with them of trust and integrity.

Aside from the professional setting and very clean facility, they are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and can get the job done.  To travel 10 hours to get to their facility to receive treatment, that alone means a whole lot.
